Along comes a long delay on hold, an e-mail confirming the booking, then a different agent appears on the phone to tell us that the flights have gone. Having spent an hour getting the right location, flights and price, we happily confirmed the booking. We booked with Teletext last year with little issues in comparison to the horrendous 2 hours we've just spent on the phone just trying to get a holiday booked. They won't even give me the details of the complaints process. So take note of what everyone says on here do not book with them, at best they are incompetent at worst, it feels like they are doing on purpose as a scam. So I'm documenting everything and assume I'll be going to the small claims court, trading standards etc. I've also e-mailed the contact Rebecca 4 or 5 times, only holding responses no answers to my questions. Highlights of the conversations include "we are not allowed to e-mail you". Then the usual calls to customer support a different story every time, dealing with someone called Darwin, who says he'll call back but never does and now whenever I ring he is mysteriously "off the floor" or gone for the day. I phoned and they confirmed that it is the wrong hotel, but rather than change it, they said I'd have to pay for that hotel and for the one I originally wanted. I booked a flight and hotel through them in August, but when I got the confirmation details the hotel details were vague and I noticed that the transfer didn't appear to be in the resort I had requested!! ![]()
